Day 1 Nairobi / Lake Nakuru,
Arrive at JKIA, met by Genesis Safaris representative and drive down the floor of theGreat Rift Valley escarpment to Lake Nakuru National Park, a protected game sanctuary for endangered species such as the Black/ White rhino., Rothschild Giraffe among other usual game such as the leopard and Lion.

The park is world-renowned for its millions of pink Flamingoes found around the lake. Lunch will be served at Lion Hill Sarova Lodge. Afternoon game drive until sunset.

Dinner and overnight at Lion Hill Sarova Lodge or similar (full board).

Day 2 Lake Nakuru/ Maasai Mara
After breakfast morning drive west across the floor of The Great Rift Valley to the richest

stocked game reserve set in some 1672 sq km – The world renowned Maasai Mara Game Reserve, an unlimited spectacle of wildlife among vast rolling plains. Lunch will be served at Mara Sarova Camp. Afternoon game drive until sunset.

Dinner and overnight at Mara Sarova Camp or similar (full board).

Day 3 Maasai Mara
Spend a further day in the vast Maasai Mara Game Reserve exploring and game spotting - see the herds of Elephants, Lions, Buffaloes as well as the graceful Gazelles. Visit the Mara River and watch Hippos swim or bask in the sun with a chance of sighting the elusive Leopard or Rhino. All meals included.

Overnight at Mara Sarova Camp or similar (full board).

Day 4 Mara/Nairobi/ Depart,
After breakfast morning drive back to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch on own arrangements. Evening transfer to JKIA for your outbound flight.

This safari gives you an opportunity to explore the world famous Bird Sanctuaries of Lakes Baringo, Bogoria and Nakuru before heading South over the Mau Escarpment to Kenya?s greatest concentration of game - the Maasai Mara.



Day 1
Depart Nairobi in the morning. Lunch at Nakuru and camp at Lake Baringo, a world famous bird sanctuary, later in the afternoon.

Day 2
A 30km drive south to the spectacular Lake Bogoria with the hot springs. Beware not to fall in!! Lunch and then proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park famous for its birdlife.

Overnight in a campsite.

Day 3
Head south to Narok, camping along the Talek River which is at the edge of the Park. Accommodation is in large tents with beds. Showers are available in the Camp and meals are served in the dining mess or in the open.

Day 4/5
From the base camp, explore the Mara region and see all kinds of game. Maasai dancers will be there to entertain you on your last evening.
