Our mission is to be the best retreading service provider within the greater East African region. Introducing ourselves as the single largest retreading clinic in the Gulf, with a retreading capacity of 6000 Tyres a month. We are now operational in Nairobi Kenya with a capacity of 2400 tyres a month. In assistance with products and tools from Brazil, Italy, Singapore and South Africa, we are able to produce a variety of treads and patterns to suit your needs. We have been in the Retreading industry for over 15 years in the gulf and pride ourselves on being ISO 9001 certified.

life and durability of the casing such that it can be retreaded as many as 3 lifecycles. We also pride ourselves as being an environmentally conscious company. This is because retreading helps reduce the global carbon footprint by consuming less oil compared to new tyre production. Furthermore it also aids in reducing tyre dumping that is non bio degradable into land fills by prolonging the lifecycle of tyres.

We are extremely proud of our process which is very streamlined and effective to ensure the best quality of product. Our process does not allow the casing to touch the floor from the time it is inspected to the end stage where it is built. Further we have evolved to move away from using any form of rims during the curing process. We are now entirely using inner and outer envelopes during the curing process this enables a better curing process by eliminating any possibility of air being trapped between the tread and casing, further it also prolongs the life of the casing since it is not regularly rimmed and de-rimmed.

We have also endorsed the latest equipment that enables our institution to have cleaner production technology.
