Why is it taking long to deliver my parcel that was sent on Saturday in your Nairobi office to be delivered to Eldoret?? Today is a Monday and the parcel hasn't reached Eldoret. Am trying to call you guys nobody is picking up my call. What's wrong with you guys??

I wanted to know more why is it we pay a higher fare than the other vehicles? In the morning we had tp pay 500/ while all other services pay 400/ it has become expensive then the vehicle was yo carry and alight on the road......
