Poor customer service. They have very poor management. Most staff not sure of protocol and procedure. They changed my plot number without my consent.

Good place to buy property not to invest money.
Very nervous after i realized how unprofessional the organisation's staff are; just call the customer service and or visit one of their office.When i visited their Thika office the staff were just sipping on drinks, chatting etc...everything is paper based.
You would expect to produce your ID and have your account info pulled off the computer, but they demanded receipts and other paper....it's 21st century...we dont keep papers.
Am worried what would happen if someone claim there was a fire and everything was consumed.
The risk is not worth the promised return. Zero security, negative customer service despite wonderful marketting by their CEO.
You have been warned...........am in the process of cutting ties.
