Question for John Travel Agency

I received an e-mail purportedly from you saying someone named Gabriel from South Sudan would be hired by you if he received a work permit in Kenya. Is this person Gabriel Kuol? He apparently gave you my e-mail address in the hope I would provide the funds for this work permit. Can you verify that you will indeed hire him if he gets the work permit?
I replied to that e-mail in the negative but I'm reconsidering, depending on your response.
