Question for Sony Driving School

I finished my driving lessons and now three weeks down the line I have not been able to take the test, simply because my PDL has not been approved yet. I was asked to pay a fee of 150 shillings so it gets approved that I can book the test but nothing's happening. What I'm I supposed to do coz the one supposed to follow up is the driving school? It's frustrating!
