About the product
Maasai Mara is a large game reserve measuring 1,510 kilometers square in south western Kenya contiguous with Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. It is famous for its exceptional population of lions, leopards, cheetahs and its annual migration of zebra and wildebeest which occur from July to October, hence “The Great Migration”. Lake Nakuru National Park found in the central part of Kenya is one of the Rift Valley Ramsar Lakes. It is at an elevation of 1754 meters above sea level. The park is famous for the “Big Five” which are known as the African lion, the African leopard, the African elephant, the cape buffalo and the rhino. There is also a bird sanctuary, there are no elephants in Lake Nakuru National Park

safari day 1:
Depart from Nairobi at 9.50 a.m and drive through lush Kikuyu farmland to the edge of the Rift Valley. We’ll descend the escarpment and drive via Narok to Maasai Mara Game Reserve. A picnic lunch is served en route. The Maasai Mara adjoins Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park. Maasai Mara is famous for it’s black-magnet lion and yearly migrations of wildebeest. Zebra and giraffe are also found here. Game viewing is done en route to the camp. Dinner and overnight at sopa lodges masai mara.

A full day is spent viewing and exploring this spectacular park. All the Big Five can be seen. Maasai Mara is also famous for its bird life. Meals and overnight at sopa lodges masai mara.
safari day 3:
After breakfast, we’ll proceed for a morning game drive and a hot or picnic lunch en-route with a stop over for a panoramic view of the rift valley and Lake Elementaita and arriving Nakuru in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at lake Nakuru sopa lodge.

After breakfast spend the morning watching and photographing birds and wild animals in the park. We’ll dep
