This product involves Ansoffs consulting engaging our customers in defining strategic directions for these organizations. We assist business, corporations and parastatals formulate strategic plan through highly participatory and consultation processes so that plans that emerge are as inclusive of the entire organization as possible.
At the end of the strategic planning process we develop implementation matrices that will be used by the client to generate annual work plans during the implementation phase. All through implementation of a strategic plan we are available to our clients to elevate the efficiency of the strategies being implemented and further inject any fresh emerging strategies.
This package includes specific strategic planning products for marketing plans and environmental planning.
