It gives me great sense of pride to announce that Genius World-System Networks has successfully achieved G-Learning Archives (GLA). GLA is a set of best global practices covering various aspects, ranging from project management to organization management, learning, reference materials, marketing and sharing of ideas.
Achieving G-Learning Archives essentially indicates that an organization has a set of recognized standards and processes in place, and that they are consistently adhered to. This latest recognition places Genius World-System Networks (GWSN) in the elite league of handful of e-learning companies globally who have achieved this maturity level for their work processes.
Our focus always has been to continuously improve our productivity and process adherence matrices to further benefit our clients, and this rating validates our commitment to adopt best practices across the whole world.
What makes this achievement extra special is that it was completely driven by Genius World-System Networks members instead of something that got pushed by ‘the management’. This not only meant participation from bigger base of people, but it also lead to wider adoption of the suggestions and improvements that were identified in the year long evaluation process conducted by Fred Williams, Carlile College, P.O. Box 7856 – 00200 Jogoo Road campus - Kenya.
