This is a highly customizable Bulk SMS application that allows you to generate SMS messages
from your client database and send them.
It is a server-client based system that allows users on your
local network to share the same modem and SIM card.
The system provides a cost effective and efficient way of managing short messages.
The software is developed and maintained locally and is highly
flexible to suit specific customer needs.
Features:
A virtually unlimited inbox where incoming messages are stored and managed
Contacts list for storing contact details. Contacts can also be imported from file, SIM card or Outlook
Sending SMS messages - Allows sending of one or multiple messages. One can easily select recipients using the grouping feature
Message drafts for common messages
Exporting feature. This feature allows transferring of contents e.g. from inbox or contacts list to a CSV or excel file for reporting purposes
Message Send Status and Delivery Reports. This is a Log feature for tracking every sent message and managing send status and Delivery Reports
Scheduling of messages. Messages are stored and sent at predefined time
Send/Receive Statistics that gives count of total sent and total received messages over a given period of time. A usage report can then be generated from this information
Message generating feature that allows automatic generation of bulk messages given a list of client details as input
Automated Reply feature that automatically sends feedback on reception of a message having a preset keyword
from your client database and send them.
