• Updating Koko service points dashboard i.e update care points representative daily performance and weekly performance.
• Update Koko service points and service representative names on all the trackers and link them to Koko service points google trackers.
• Customer management systems (Zendesk, Fresh service, kobo tool box and jot form) familiarity.
• Building an organized workbench that brings the dispatch, stores and Koko service points department together where one can easily get data or any information required for smooth operation of Koko service points.
• Managing 13 central zone service points representative i.e conduct daily check ins as well as monitoring their daily performance.
• Conducting refresher trainings of the SOP on monthly basis. Prepare quiz to the new onboarded team and guide the team leads where to emphasis while coaching representatives
• Team coordination :setting up Koko service points visits of cross functional teams.
• Work effectively with the service center, dispatch and stores department to ensure spare parts are delivered at the Koko service points on time.
• Build, manage and maintain strong, positive customer relationships.
