Call debtors to remind them about the debt by calling, texting and sending mails.
Handling debtor enquiries and provides administrative assistance to the team.
When leaders are not around i take the initiative to ensure that every person is working as required.
Help in loading leads to my colleagues when leaders are out.
Help in sending queries to the client if any clarification is required.
