breakdowns.
➢ Ensure maximum OEE through proper maintenance.
➢ Sampling of pelleted products for quality checks in terms of PDI, PSD of crumbled and size of
pellets.
➢ Operating pellet press machine to grind all materials as per the requirement/ demand and
quality.
➢ Setting and calibrating the packaging machine before the products are dispensed.
➢ Cleaning and positioning sewing machine before and after working.
➢ Oiling and tightening the sewing machine.
➢ Cleaning and setting video jet machines before use.
➢ Replacing empty make ups and ink in video jets.
➢ Keeping records of various products as per the packaging machine records for tallying purpose.
➢ Pelleting all mashes as per production program.
➢ Proper setting of gauges for different feeds to increase efficiency of machines.
➢ Attending plant maintenance and autonomous maintenance of the machine.
➢ Fixing small breakdowns as it may be required within minimum time possible.
➢ Fixing broken sewing needles in sewing machines whenever there is need.
➢ Setting weigh scales (accutech) before starting shift.
➢ Keeping and maintaining records for products.

➢ Searching and screening people and cars.
