• Drive excellent execution of sales and marketing strategy in the Field
• Evaluate Sales team performance by setting SMART objectives
• Coach the sales Team
• Build strong relationships and networks with Key customers around the region
• Closely monitor and manage the region’s P&L
• Proactive order tracking and follow up with customers on a weekly basis as well as strong contribution to the development of the demand forecast and financial forecast
• Support the implementation of strategies that will ensure improved presence of Bayer CH in the market
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
