QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Analysis of incoming raw materials- macadamia nuts to ensure that they met the required safety standard specified in purchasing documents: - moisture content not more than 13%
• Full analysis of macadamia nuts after cracking process
• Process monitoring in macadamia production chain
• Effluent plant analysis
• Daily updates on raw materials and product analysis
• Yeasts, mould analysis
• Packaging and storage management standards

• Executing production protocols assigned by Quality assurance.
• Inspecting and ordering raw materials to make sure they adhere to best quality standards.
• Ensuring that health, quality and safety standards are met during production process.
• Liaising with laboratory technician together with quality assurance manager to deliver HACCP.
• Overseeing production and acting into full capacity for Quality assurance manager.
• Supervision and continuous training and coaching of operators, technician and front line workers.
• Working with quality assurance manager to ensure that all daily targets are met.
• Liaising with the maintenance team to ensure every equipment is in right condition and ensure repairs are done early to avoid mechanical breakdown.

• Perform consistency tests and maintain tests records.
• Collect quality data of all products and keep data in soft copy
• Approve daily the process control data on shop floor
• Maintain a statistical process control (SPC) for monitoring critical product parameters
• Evaluate critical tests on spreadsheets for consistency
• Assist in maintaining Quality Traceability for all machines
• Participate actively in audit preparations
• Conduct internal training sensitization and evaluation to effectiveness to all employees at shop floor on quality and food safety related
• Participate fully in departmental technical committee.(RCA and internal audit team)
• Enforce (ISO 22000,ISO 14001-2015) in areas of work and GMPs in production floor
• Laboratory house keeping
• Perform any other duty assigned.
