ACCOUNTANCY/FINANCE JOB OPENING

Debt collections, system Data entry, maintenance and update of the company Asset register, Handling external auditors, preparation of monthly suppliers and customers preparation of company budget, monthly management accounts, safeguard the company assets according to approved policies and procedures, Ensure projects expenditures are within the approved budgets thro, instituting control systems for monitoring, evaluating reporting on projects. Appraising departmental staff under my supervision among other financial and management reporting tasks, filling statutory returns, overseeing external audits.
Am also charged with the responsibility of formulating the company strategic plan and finance and accounting policies, Long-term Assets Financing appraisals, monitoring Departmental operating Budgets, reviewing company credit policies, organising and coordinating departmental meetings.
