DO NOT DO NOT SHIP WITH FEDEX KENYA
Do not, I repeat do not ship with FedEx Kenya. They have the worst customer service ever! Your shipment will be delayed, they never pick up the numbers they provide for customer service. THE WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER! Trust me, don’t waste your time or money!

Think twice!!
I don't really understand if there are any operational structures in this company. A parcel takes 5 days to get to the country but take 2 months plus to get cleared and delivered to the client.

Endless phone calls that go unanswered and when they do, the same lie just different sources. It's beyond exhausting to follow-up with their customer care. Just two inefficient companies working together (Delta Handling Services and Fedex) Shame on you!! I can't sub contract you for a clearing role and I still look helpless to my clients and refer them to you. WHo even does that? How unprofessional is that? Enough is enough!!

We live to fight another day, just hoping I'll get the consignment before June ends. That is how hopeless I've become. If you do not want to serve your customers though, just close shop and go home there other better courier services who actually deliver. And to think my mistake was being sent an urgent shipment with Fedex!!!! So before you send any parcel with Fedex, Think twice!

Do not use fedex/tnt- DHL is far better. If I could give 0 star I would.
Dealing with delta handling services has been the worst nightmare ever. I will never use this company ever again! My parcel was an urgent one which was due to be delivered in 5 days from the Uk. Picked up on 10th May2021. Still not delivered. I have tried to contact delta handling( fedex Kenya) with no joy. Apparently the phones are having technical issues. But the phones worked fine when they called to collect the rip off customs charges on the 19th of May approx 17,444kshs. This is what I call daylight robbery. The parcel is still being cleared. Somehow they have a backlog in clearance. But no one mentioned this backlog when I was paying for the express delivery fee. The customer service is of no service. If they can’t do their job then might as well shut shop. DHL is highly recommended and far more professional. Fedex Kenya is the most useless courier company I have ever come across.one month later 16th June today “Parcel still in clearing” what rubbish! It is now over a month I have still been chasing my parcel.Fedex Kenya need to pull their finger out and learn how to work. Recipient is unhappy. I will definitely be claiming a compensation from them. But do they care? Oh customer service doesn’t exist.

Wow, be prepared to pay more to get the package than the value of the package
Today is 22/02/21 almost 2 months after the package was supposed to have been delivered/picked up. This package is coming from USA heading to Nairobi. Clearance issues started last week of December. It was only roughly 2 weeks ago that package was 'released'. This is when the nightmare starts/continues. We get communication that duty and fees are due. What was surprising was the total amount of these 'fees'. Tax is one thing, but all the other fees were striking. Due to the sentimental value of the package, we decide to go ahead and pay. Guess what? Yesterday we get communication that due to a change in fee structure more cash was due, almost 5000 Ksh. At this point its clear this package is being held hostage. This company Delta Handling Services is really making a killing. Its now my mission to dissuade as many people as I can to avoid sending packages to Kenya via Fedex. Seriously, look up the other reviews online about this. Your hard earned money deserves more respect!
FYI- other couriers are cheaper with less hidden fees by their associates.

We are having the same experience! After paying 7000ksh for clearance, after a few days, Delta asked another 1700ksh said for registration for the split of items!!! But my item is a device, it is impossible to split!!!

Don't deliver
Fedex kenya is the worst company to deal with if you are looking to get something into kenya from overseas. First of all no numbers on the website functions and you'll have a mandatory 2 to 3 weeks of delay after it has already arrived in Kenya.They will in no way sympathize with the urgency of your situation as they do not operate with any work ethics no cooperation of any kind and leave the customer completey frustrated and at the end you might not receive your package or end up paying more than what it cost you to purchase the item. Take my advice and Run. DHL Is worth few more shillings.

Lousy. No timely delivery and no customer support
My parcel from USA has not been delivered for 2 weeks. No timely messages posted to indicate any challenges.
They charge customers a hefty amount but no services.
Please improve or perish.

Most inefficient company locally
Most inefficient company ever dealt with, my percel arrived over a week ago according to the tracking number and no communication whatsoever from them, all phone numbers never seem to go through......

Worst EVER!!!!
I’ve never had such a bad experience with a company my whole life if you were reading this and you have not yes shipped with fedex please run ... almost a month now my goods still haven’t arrived when I track it I can see it’s already in Nairobi but none of the customers care contact provided go through and the don’t reply your email after you pay for clearance. I’ve been so frustrated not to mention my package of 1kg cost me 70 dollars to clear ( 7000 ksh) !!!!!!!
Take my advice and ran!!!!

Horrible services
I have been waiting for my package to be delivered for 2 weeks now. Scheduled delivery was supposed to be 5 days ago. No updated information on tracking for 2 days now.
None of their phone numbers is going through either and their email address keep bouncing. I'm advising everyone never to send me a package by FedEx. I'm very disappointed. I give them 0.

Most inefficient logistics provider
This is the most inefficient logistics provider I have come across lately. They called me 3 days ago asking for our premises locations and they said they are on the way to deliver. To date, they have not arrived yet we are within the same town. Every evening they update the shipment status as "Customer not available or business closed" yet there has be no follow up attempt to call us. Their office phone numbers goes unanswered the whole day
