I paid for a mature from Nakuru to Eldoret at around 7a.m. I was attending job duty at around 10 a.m ,now my problem I suffered there is by saa tatu I was still kwa stage watu watu kwa matatu, I tried to explain to the customer attendant kwa stage that she let me board another matatu because it was getting really late for me, she didn't care about me, I had to pay for another matatu from my pocket. Now my question is, how do you deal with a case like this? I was really embarrassed by the behavior of Irene and Musa!!!
