Question for Mbale District Hospital

My sister Lily Muhambe came as an emergency this afternoon and was due for an emergency at 6pm...two hours later not yet because the anaesthesist was not in.. Even after being informed no response yet!!! God help that we don't loose that baby.. Mbale hospital how??
