We have shoe shinning enterprises emerging in our town and as a Department (Trade, Tourism and Cooperative Development),we are mandated to facilitate good working conditions to our entrepreneurs. We have noted that you have partnered with Nairobi County and have provided the Kiwi branded shoe shiner shades. We also would wish to partner with you on the same. What is the procedure?
