Question for KCB - Kenya Commercial Bank

I am trying to send money to an account holder with your bank. Both hsbc bank and barclays bank here in the uk say the bank identifier code KCBLKENX and Bondo branch code 228 are not recognized. Please inform me which code i have to use to send the payment.
