Tofina Rom Builders Ltd - Nairobi

I thought that this company was serious as they made different projects so I decided to join the project of HATHERU ROAD which started in 2010.... ok, we understand that the main purpose is to put together buyers and buy at cheaper price of the market and pay during constructions but.... if there are defaulters the project does not go on... so you paid for nothing and wait in vain... like it happened in our project...

As there were people who did not pay TOFINA decided to give up and handed the project to the owners in 2016, without even finishing the works .... many works to be finished and the one done were of poor quality...

I am talking about the swimming pool (never finished and left it behind), the parking area (not properly done and when it rains it is all full of water), the bad finishing everywhere OUTSIDE and INSIDE all apartments...

What the contractor said was "FINISH YOURSELF"... do you think is a normal answer for someone who paid an apartment to live or to rent, between 8 (initial) - 14 millions kenyan shilling ?

Before and mostly during the last raining season the leackages started to be shown... all attic at 7th floor but also apartments at 6th floors had and still have serious damages... beside the leackages the gypsums falled apart and there are moulds everywhere...

it is crazy that in Kenya nothing can be done as once people stopped to raise their voices as no answers or bullshit and arrogant answers from TOFINA and started to claim to bring to court or to social medias, TOFINA become even more aggressive and started threatning with their usual arrogant way of not answering or answering insulting...

Never again I will trust such company and is ashame that people are scared to talk and accepting this
