I am very disappointed with the uncouth talks of the ladies who were on night shift on tuesday 13 July 2021. I called for assistance concerning my pesa pap app. Hellen assisted me in the right manner and kindest way but there was this other lady I didn't get her name right, this lady showed us some attitude like she was doing me a favour calling the help line.she even didn't want to her our reason for calling she just told us viasit the nearest branch for assistance. And she said good day hanging up on me. If this is how someone will be treated by your attendants,count me out from this bank. Find attached screenshot of all the times I called for assistance until Evan's gladly helped us today

its a good bank to bank with but family bank ukunda branch ,its slow..you only have one teller and the lady is really struggling not to keep us waiting,yet you have more than 3 counters! are you guys serious! ? its sad! you need to work on that...

A friend of mine has an account with you people and his statements were printed by we don't know who and those charges posted to his account and as we talk now he is listed in CRB each time we visit your branch in kakamega we do not get assistance that prompted me to close all my accounts and seek legal address to check this out because there is no privacy of accounts
