Rotten Samosas
I have just bought two samosas there and they are rotten, not stale but rotten. Why on earth would you sell rotten foodstuff risking the lives of your customers? That is having total disregard for health. Food poisoning CAN KILL and being food handlers, you should know this. I am so disappointed in you especially because you decide to do that on a Monday morning. Please taste your food before selling, if it's not good for you it is not good for someone else.

THE SERVICE AT YOUR KENYATTA AVENUE BRANCH NEXT KCB KIPANDE ROAD IS TERRIBLE.
I HAD TO WAIT FOR TEN MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER DONE. NO EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN WHATSOEVER. EVERYONE SEEMED BUSY SERVING OTHER PEOPLE. EVEN AFTER WAITING PATIENTLY WITHOUT COMPLAINT, THE ORDER CAME OUT WRONG. MIND YOU I HAD CORRECTED THE CASHIER TWICE BUT SHE STILL WROTE THE WRONG ORDER. THE EXCUSE FOR GETTING THE ORDER WRONG WAS THAT SHE WAS ON TRAINING. NO ONE SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT COURTESY TRULY MEANS. NO APOLOGY WAS OFFERED UNTIL AFTER I MADE A COMPLAINT. THE CHANNELS TO ADDRESS MY COMPLAINT WAS NON-EXISTENT. EVERYONE WAS SMILING AND LAUGHING AND NOTHING WAS TAKEN SERIOUSLY.
WHEN I INQUIRED ON HOW TO COMPLAIN I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS NO ONE TO COMPLAIN TO, NO MANGER NOTHING. THE LADY ATTENDING TO ME DISMISSED ME WHILE LAUGHING.
IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU OFFER YOU NEED TO SERIOUSLY RETHINK IT.
NOT HAPPY IN THE LEAST.
