Do you keep records for referral letters? I was refereed to your clinic from University of Nairobi health Services for Pelvic scan. Unfortunately I didn't keep a copy of referral letter for my use for refund.This was last week on 1st Dec 2015. A lady at the reception (Ann) told me that you don't keep records and it is impossible to get my referral latter.
