Disgusting service from this company, Manager does not even reply to SMS,s or phone calls, they switch of mobile phones or reject calls, the contact number supplied here has been disconnected, they supply us with very poor service which includes no water for days at a time in fact we are lucky to get a supply 3 or 4 days a week and most of that time the water is poor and unclean.

Follow up to the review I made on the 1st November 2013, this is still an ongoing matter and in fact the situation is now worse as in the past 6 months we are lucky to have even had water 15 times whereas other areas in Gilgil get water 24/7 yet we are FORCED to pay the same as them or they will completely disconnect us. This matter really needs the government to look into the situation as we the customers are having to buy water from other sources. This shows that what Nakuru water states they ignore as WATER IS LIFE.
