Am in busia asking for having return the i tax returns but to my email they are telling me that i owe kra kshs 2000/=

Please help me get a waiver of my taxzen penalty and interest accrued to it amounting to total of ksh 21,045.52, I have received an email from KRA to consult the Bungoma office which I cannot access, It is alsso impossible to apply for the waiver through my ITAX account because my penalty is for the period of 2016,please help a stranded citizen,My pin: A********P

I applied for the removal of VAT on my pin certificate. I attached everything that i was asked. Right now I am not in Bungoma. Kindly check for me and inform how long it is going to take.
