Who is the contact person in Nairobi Head office. How long should a claim take to be acted upon? How should a client follow up his claim? I think the company should create efficient communication channels.

How long is it supposed to take for this company to pay a claim in order to facilitate repairs? It is over a month now since I reported an accident, The file which was in Mombasa took a month to reach Nairobi after that no action, no communication till now. Why all this in efficiency? Can the management please check on your staff whom you have placed to handle claim. Please let me get immediate advice concerning this claim on my email.
