What are the requirements for heavy trucks e.g tractor?

There is concern in Homabay branch where there is poor management. Students come early but the services are poorly given. One driver goes out with a vehicle belonging to the company leaving the students stranded claiming he is committed somewhere. So imperial manager can you do something to the Homabay branch
