Reviews of Postal Corporation of Kenya - Nairobi

i was sent a package from kenya in nov 2012,by jan when it dint arrive,i told my sister to go and check in the office coz the track number they gave me could not be traced anywhere in the world,my sister followed up and they said it had gone to u.s by mistake,so they told her to write a letter for the package to be posted back to kenya and then she was to pay again to post to greece,when she went to check if it had arrived,the attendants at the counter were very rude,one manager even gave her a date inorder to help her,we decided it was not worth it so she gave up,later she sent me another package but this time smaller and with a big enverope that could be torn,it was opened and had a note 4rm greece post office that they received it open,to my shock,coz it was hair extentions,they had stolen almost everything,and some were in 1 piece of which i couldn't use,so it was a big waste of money and time,i also sent my sister some foundations from europe,but we couldn't sell coz the tax was higher than the buying price,the tax dint even have a receipt,post office is not really worth it,no wonder it is crumbling!
