Management
The management is ran by Indians who discriminate against the black people working there, racism is still a threat in Kenya. Another thing is that the CEO is totally mental, he shouts at employees however he feels like. Not all mad people are walking on the streets collecting garbage some are in the offices too. Also mismanagement of company funds happens a lot by management. Working in Lean solutions should be one of the ways to shorten your life in Kenya
