The College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) began operating in 1997 as a training division of the Institute of Personnel Management {IPM}(K). IPM (K) was an association created in 1987 to meet the professional needs of Personnel Managers in the country. In 2008 IPM (K) registered CHRM as a company limited by guarantee without shares.

an accredited study and test center for a variety of examination bodies including HRMPEB, KASNEB, HRCI, KNEC, AND ICDL. We are duly licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Education as a TVET institution. In addition in partnership with Centre for Open and Distance Learning, we are a recruitment centre for Indira Gandhi National Open University – IGNOU. Under the executive training and consultancy wing the college offers a wide range of calendared training, programs, and events on thematic areas in HR, leadership, and management. We also offer customized training solutions and consultancy on a wide variety of issues key to organizational success.
