Solution for painful knees
I have had terribly painful knees for a long-time from a sports injury. I have been using the green world joint health plus for 1 month now. Atleast the pain has waned off and Im now able to do my morning runs .

I balanced my hormones with their supplements
I had a challenge with PID and irregular periods which were heavy and really painful. They could go as long as 2 weeks straight. I visited Greenliving Plus centre in Mombasa and got advised and bought uterus cleansing pills, kidney tonifying pills and aloe Vera. Today I'm okay and my periods are back on normal and the PID cured.
