Fare issues
THIS IS THE WORST MATATU SACCO EVER. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THE DRIVERS AND CONDUCTORS ARE VERY RUDE. I ASKED FOR THE FARE CHARGES BEFORE BOARDING A MATATU BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN THE PRICES HIKED AFTER I HAD BOARDED, WHEN I WAS PAYING. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THAT HAPPENS. SURELY. LIEING TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE PRICE ISN'T THE BEST WAY TO TREAT A CLIENT THAT YOU WILL NEED TOMORROW! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

Overspeeding by KCM358Q
I'm seriously disturbed by the behaviour of the driver for the above-referenced vehicle (KCM358Q). I have alighted from this vehicle today Sunday 9.17pm at Witeithie from Nairobi.

This driver was very much overspeeding throughout our journey. I told him twice to stop overspeeding and he was adamant. He says okay but doesn't stop. If this SACCO minds about the lives of passengers, you should contain the behaviour of such drivers. Further, this vehicle should have a speed governor as per the law.

If this driver is left unchecked, it won't take long before he kills people, kills himself and finishes the vehicle. You may choose to take my advice or not but I have taken my time to communicate.

Fare charging
I boarded this matatu kcl 345E from thika to nyeri but before departure, I realized that the charges were different for the same destination upon enquiring I was given some annoying answers which made me seek to know where the Sacco admins were but I was led to a different location

Charges complain
This the worst Sacco ever. Fares should be fixed but not charging unaccording.how do you charge 250 from thika to karati and do 500 from thika to nyeri?? My efforts to reach to the Sacco admins were futile as the conductors kept on leading me to a totally different Sacco. The number plate of the matatu I'm in is attached below

Balance enquiry
Vehicle number KCK 196K.
A blame on the employees.
At around 7pm i used the above noted vehicle from Kenyatta road to allsops.I gave the conductor a fixed amount and he did not want to bring my balance untill when they dropped me at allsops and while i was enquiring for my balance,the driver set the vehicle on a high speed and they left...The matter is reported to police for a follow up.

Complain on fare refund or compensation
I am a customer in Nakuru town. I just paid my fare to vehicle KCX 768L from Nakuru to Thika...what they did is that they made me pay fare a very far away off the location of the vehicle. I pleaded with them to allow me reach stage and see if the vehicle is almost full since I was in a hurry but they insisted I pay which I did. Since I was so late for the meeting I was attending,and the vehicle had two customers on board with a capacity of 11, I pleaded a refund I board a faster vehicle or if not a refund then a return ticket when I will be moving from Thika to Nakuru at a later date. They didn't listen and they have my 600 kshs with this hard economy. Customer care pliz act on this haramu .

I have always enjoyed travelling with the saccos nissan and buses but one bus KBU 645H had some very rude conductors on Sunday 14th Dec 2014.You request to be alighted at a bus stop and they take you to the next and when questioned they are just rude.Was so annoyed to pay fare back with a small child and some luggage.
