Mistreated
Am a customer of yours for a long time l always used to send my parcel to nairobi 3 times a week from ukunda to Nairobi.Everything was okay until my white coolers were exchanged from Nairobi office.When l went to pick them i asked the guy who was in office to kindly return them since they were not mine.to my shock they said they cant do anything about it so l just pick the onces that were not mine and be content l was so diserpointed.so l tried to look for a cuatomer care number to see if l can be assisted l dint succeed till now.so after this happened l had to move to chania pioneer to be sending my parcel from there,this week l have sent my parcel 4 times l am a fish supplier l supply Fish to Nairobi every week no less 3 times but everytime l go there l get abused by the staff at ukunda office the one with dreads and also a tall guy who picks the parcels to be sent the,just yesterday date 16/10/2020 he abused me and tries to frustrate me since l changed office yet it was their own wrong doing.l want to call upon the manager CHANIA SPECIAL your office of UKUNDA,DIANI near Maasai kindly your employees there are making you lose alot of customers because of so many idlears working at your office who dont care about your customers to an extent of abusing cuatomers please l am one who is complaining many people dont take time to complain they just go.the lady there cant even humble herself there to talk kindly to a customer she says l cant take her anywhere.l am a business person what l need is just the service not more than that.l hope my complain will be looked into.

@Junior what a shame that you spend your bundles to be rude to a fellow human being who is demanding for justice. He was treated wrong and his decision of moving to another courier service provide was mature and right! You are the kind of people that abuse others on the internet with no reason. If this world was illed with peple like you, surely customers would have a hard time demanding for respect for their money.
@Agnes- I was looking for a company that I would book my tickets for Ukunda with and after reading your reviews here, I cannot spend even a coin of my money with this company. I want value for my money. If someone cannot respect this, then they won`t get my money. Thank you for sharing with bad experience and I do hope that they took action on these rude staffs.
