Was on my way to Nairobi hospital at about 7pm before boarding the bus I asked if it was going through Nairobi hospital,they all said yes . After boarding the bus it took a different route and the roads were very clear.. they told me to alight the bus was not going to pass that’s after I had paid.,I thought of fighting them but I just used my sense though I was very angry I held my cool.. this is not the way to treat sick or even healthy Kenyans, who gives the licences to operate without checks or customer service quality checks.. can we have only professional service providers on our roads.,especially vehicles plying the hospital routes .. very traumatic experience from crew plying route 46 bus fleet 720
