Review Power outage.

I am just concerned about the unprofessional attitude that some employees have. I have tried to contact Kenya power in Machakos to no response! We have had no power since yesterday evening. This is a company which depends on power to run their business. Why why?
Even respond saying we are working on it is polite enough.
