Review Disgusted by the behaviour of your drivers.

This evening, at about 6.30 driving home with a sick restless baby , in Kibra at the entrance of Ayany estate. A bus fleet number 262 coming towards me. I indicte en request entry as the right side has jam. The driver arrogantly comes speeding towards us and increases the jam. Then his conductor comes out throwing insults and vigorously hitting my car mirrors and bonnet. Threatening to crush my car if i do not reverse. In a Few minutes the driver also comes out starts hitting the left side mirrors where my sick baby is. She is instantly startled en frightened en starts crying helplesly. It takes other drivers to intervene before he actualises his threats. I am sincerely disgusted. Do these drivers go thru any training on how to behave in public or does the compny only recruit the worst elements the society has. Yes ,there are rules on the road but have some descency when politely requested to help. Pregnant women, sick children or persons being rushed to hospital, the elderly..........i have heard of the diagusting behavoiur of Citi hoppa drivers en conductors. Today i have affirmed. And the next time citi hoppa is thrown out of kibra for their ruthlesness...... I will surely be at the front line. We can not accept services of such elements with no manners in our comunity.
