one of my 90kg parcel never arrived nairobi from keumbu, only one weighing 50 kg arrived, they gave a lame reason that the other was heavy and the vehicle was full, they promised me to pick the following day, they kept on saying its on the way. never again will i recommend anyone to use your services.
