Review Customer service

It's a great place to buy hair products but I have an issue with the customer service. This guy who is responsible for our luggage needs discipline. Just today,I had a small monkey bag on which had my valuables that could not be carried by hand. In normal circumstances, it's allowed to be carried inside shops but this guy decided to roughly grab me and shout that I should hand over my bag. I tried to explain that it had my valuables in it but he told me that if I don't hand it over then he'll be forced to deny me entry. It seems that this shop is going cheap by not installing CCTV and hiring incompetent employees.
