We have a plot on the Mbagathi Ridge ( opposite the Gidion Moi Polo farm),where we have constructed a house.
Just on the fence to the road there is a wood post with some cables hanging down. This has been there for the last some 12 years, when we have been staying the house.I think it has been used for telephones. I am sure it is not in use. Can we take it down? Please instruct us.
