I am enquiring about a plot which I want to sell. My plot is based around M'buyu wa kusema area. It is 2 plots in one each measuring 72 feet by 93 feet. There is a 4 bedroom house within the plot, 2 single bedrooms, a large open area for kitchen and sitting area and 2 self rooms. The house needs finishing. There is also a small building for security man. There is electricity and water within the plot. It has access to roads. Also the plot is fenced. Can you please give me an idea the sale price?
