Project Management

We are responsible for planning and overseeing different project or a wide range of different construction projects from beginning to end. We balance the budget, keep track of supplies, collaborate with subcontractors, and ensure all regulations are met and permits acquired. We Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements,Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
