Built to commemorate the 50th anniversary of a Heuer watch’s first trip into space — aboard the wrist of John Glenn — the TAG Heuer Carrera 1887 SpaceX Watch pays tribute while looking to the future. It’s based on the standard 1887 Carrera, and features an in-house caliber 1887 movement, a dial with custom anthracite hands and hour markings, a polished stainless steel case, a brown perforated leather strap, and a smoked-sapphire case back with the SpaceX logo and an illustration of the company’s Falcon rocket and Dragon spacecraft. Limited to 2012 individually-numbered examples.
