Our high humidity cooling systems can achieve outstanding cooling results and are particularly good for the rapid pre-cooling of the produce especially post harvest; we can remove field heat within one to two hours

For 1 hour lost in the pre-cooling stage, the shelf life of the product is reduced significantly.

Conventional refrigeration may dehydrate the produce in the cooling process, whilst an HIGH HUMIDITY COOLER will reduce your product weight loss

Most produce can be cooled this way, Cabbage, cauliflowers, Brussels sprouts, carrots, parsnips, turnips, broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms, also fruits including apples, pears grapes and peaches.
