About the product
We design, fabricate, install and commission vertical biomass fired steam boilers having an output range of 100kg/hr to 500kg/hr at an F&F of 100C and a safe working pressure of 7.0 bar (105psi).
The main sheet is of fully welded construction with suitable stay baro fitted. Boiler plates will be used to construct the fame tube and end sheets as required. The seamless boiler tubes will be expanded and welded. The chimney spigot are flanged and located at the top. The fire grate, loading door and ash door are also incorporated in the design.
The boilers total package incorporates the following:
Mian crown valve
Feed water pump
Mobrey (Water level controls)
Feed water strainer
Feed water non-return valve
Water level gauge cock
Safety relief valve
Pressure gauge
Blow down valve
Pressure switch
A control panel
All components are of the highest specification designed to meet the boiler design specification. The boilers are fully insulated in 50mm thick rock wool blanket and metal clad an electric panel is mounted on the side of the boiler to operate and centralize the incoming electrics. The boiler shell is hydrostatically tested and supplied with appropriate certificate.
