WHAT IT TAKES TO CLEAR & FORWARD YOUR CONTAINERIZED CARGO:
1. Request for a quotation
2. Visit our offices in Westlands for further detailed engagement on the process.
3. Upon agreement, hand over the original proforma invoice facilitate IDF registration.
NB: This can be made through our official email or through physical delivery at our offices.
4. Upon registration of the subject IDF in one working day, we forward it to you so that you can forward it to your supplier for PVOC for COC(Certificate of Conformity) which is mandatory in the current KEBS & Customs provisions.
5. Once the vessel/ship aboard your unit/s docks the port of Mombasa, we conduct a mandatory custom verification that usually takes a maximum of 1-2 days.
6. AFTER 5 working days upon delivery you collect your original logbook at our office.
