This is a tour operations management software that oversees the modern operations of a tours and travel company. Features include:
1. Tours
This feature allows the creation and management of a tour. It allows for the provision of tour dates, destination, number of
customers and cost per client among others.
2. Bookings
The bookings feature allows for customers to be booked for a tour. It collects details about the customers and allows for payments
and booking confirmations to be made. A customer in this case is the tourist.
3. Invoicing and receipting
This feature is for invoicing and receipting the client once the booking has been made and payment has been received respectively.
4. Expenses and Payments
This shows the expenses that have been incurred and payments that have been made to the creditors or suppliers. An example of an
expense would be a tour vehicle repair.
5. Supplies and Suppliers
Lists the suppliers and keeps track of all the supplies. It is integrated with the expenses feature above. An example of a supplier is a
hotel that provides accommodation.

This feature allows for the addition or removal of users and controlling their access rights.

contains your software licensing information.
