Car Sales Executive
Our client, a micro-finance company in Kenya that provides working capital, LPO financing & Unsecured Low Price Competitive Financing is looking for a Car Sales Executive . The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and growth of the Company’s product.
- Source leads independently to support sales from retail clients and dealers.
- Respond to incoming leads from multiple channels including social media, Prioritise and qualify leads for effective and timely follow-up.
- Educate potential clients on the product offering that includes car importation and financing.
- Generate sufficient leads to support sales.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Delivering a world-class customer experience to both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Compliance with all company/regulatory processes and procedures that support effective risk mitigation.
- Build strong and healthy working relationships that augur team cohesion in line the company’s value.
- Must have 3 years of experience in sales.
- Must have a Diploma or Degree in a business-related course.
- Must have 2 years working in cars sales or in the car import industry.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Must have good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Must have analytical skills Behavioural Competencies.
- Must have great interpersonal and Problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
- Must be passionate about customer experience.
- Must have strong prioritization and workflow management skills.
