Ensure All Workshop and Yard Tasking Operations Are Undertaken in a Safe, Efficient, Cost Effective and Professional Manner.main Responsibilities Includes:-to Assist The Workshop Manager To Oversee Workshop Operations.responsible for Workshop and Yard Health and Safety Compliance.to Assist in Planning and Organising for Preventive Maintenance System To Ensure That Service and Productivity Are Maintained in Accordance With Work Schedules.supervise and Follow Up On Actual Progress of Each Individual Repair Job.responsible for Customer Service, Reliability, and Dependability By Providing All Fields With The Technical Assistance That They Require From The Workshop.provide On-the-job Training As Well As Coaching and Mentoring To Mechanics and Apprentices.assist in Managing The Maintenance of Workshop Facilities and Fixed Equipment.assist in Managing and Coordinating The Safety and Compliance of Subcontractors Engaged To Operate Within The Workshop and Yard.responsible for Job Allocation and Job Flow in The Workshop Including Job Scheduling and Labour Allocation for Day To Day Operations.ensure Requisite Supplies Are Ordered for Each Job.preparation of Service, Maintenance and Repair Quotationsprovide Oversight and Check Job Estimates.regularly Report Progress On Each Job and Quickly Communicate Delays Or Concerns To The Workshop Manageridentify Client’s Needs and Explain / Demonstrate Our Services To Them Which May Involve Technical Descriptions of Services.receive and Review Feedback From Customers and Follow Up To Ensure Customer Satisfaction.investigate Customer Complaints and Concerns Arising From Repairs and Maintenance Carried Out and Suggest Appropriate Solutions.liaise With Sales Department, Stores Department and Finance Department As Required.providing Telephone Assistance for Customers By Handling of Calls From Clients / Potential Clients.increasing Revenue Through Labor and Spare Parts.ensure That Clients Are Accurately and Promptly Invoiced.ensure That The Company Vehicles Assigned To The Department Are Well Maintained and Used According To The Rules and Regulations.
